Love the layout of Veterans United! From the initial information packet, to the web page with to do's and documents listed. I feel like their process is extremely simplified and the employees are super friendly and have a willingness to serve and to help the homebuyers in any way possible! Overall, for my first homebuying experience, I am overjoyed and would gladly use Veterans United in the future for any home purchasing and highly recommend to family and friends!

This group of people are wonderful. They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable. Each step of the way they were with us and supportive. Every question we had they either had the answer or found out the answer. When we ran into a problem, they were willing to let me help solve it (Appraisal). Be on your guard. I talked with fellow veterans and it seemed to be a conglomerate conclusion the Veterans united home loans sucks!!!!

Very highly recommended! This is my second VA mortgage and the team at VU made everything a breeze even without a realtor. The staff is knowledgeable, very responsive and most importantly, accessible. They were able to answer all my questions and provide sound advice as situations arose during the mortgage process. If I ever purchase a home again, Veterans United will be my first stop.
