You read many different reviews online which always wants to make you rethink your decision, however, my experience with Veterans United was a great one. They were on top of the process the entire time. As a first time home buyer you can believe I had a million questions. My entire team was so great about being patient answering all my questions and getting back to me if they weren’t able to pick up the phone when I called. We also were able to close a day early in today’s crazy market. I would highly recommend especially Veterans United!
We had many obstacles in this purchase which resulted in significant out of pocket expenses for us prior to loan approval and numerous delays. Communication between the buyer and seller agents could have been better. Overall we are happy the sale got approval-honestly we were about at our final pullout date on the deal.
They did everything for us. It was a great experience.
