We put an offer in on December 18th and closed on our home by the 12th of January!! The whole process was easy, everyone was communicating every step of the way!

Listen, I tried to give Stephen and his team higher than a 10, but 20 wasn’t an option. This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Stephen and even though this was a tough transaction, Stephen, Blair, and Shelby became magicians and made things happen. Not once did they do anything without calling me and breaking down what was going on. When working with them, you are treated like family and I mean that in a good way!
