The patience shown and the anticipation of most of what I needed before I needed it. Not having to repeat myself too often. Flexibility (for example when closing dates need to change 3x). Combine those with the length of time this team spent on this transaction without doubting that closing still was the goal, and I’m very happy. This team delivered.Dava was patient and potent. She seemed to understand my position and hurdles quickly, and I usually trusted her advise as the best for my side of the transaction. It was a pleasure working with her, and for once (combined with an agent-less transaction that would have been impossible without Dava’s leadership and advice) I felt that all fees paid were easily earned.
I would tell them Veterans United would be the best way to go for a home loan. Total professionalism and respect is what they give you.

When we bought our first house last year through Shawn with VUHL, he was such a pleasure to work with. He had said if he found a good interest rate for us to refinance the home, he'd let us know. About a year later, true to his word, without us even looking into or asking about refinancing, he contacted us with a great deal. He made it such a smooth process; he and his team did excellent work behind the scenes to make it easier for us. The notary even came to our house after hours to finalize paperwork. Any questions we had, he answered promptly and professionally. We are thrilled with the customer service and hard work from Shawn, and are excited to be saving $200/mo on our mortgage. If/when we buy a house again, we will use VUHL and Shawn, so long as he's available!
