We started the loan process with a small local bank. Because they don’t process VA loans very often, the whole thing got screwed up and 6 days before we were supposed to close, they just cancelled the whole thing. We started the process over with VU on June 30 and 3 weeks later we were ready to close with VU! The whole process was completely different than our first experience with the other bank. From day 1 our loan officer had a checklist of what they needed and paperwork was accepted quickly. Each time they needed something, they emailed and sometimes called to make sure we kept the process moving quickly. They were polite and competent and wonderful to work with! We closed on our dream house last week and I can’t say enough great things about Brian and Annie!! Thank you both so much!!!
