Taylor was GREAT. Taylor was the only person involved in our home buying experience that went above and beyond. He contacted me after hours and on weekends. Called me while he had family events but I felt more important. I wish I could work with Taylor on everything. I truly can’t say enough. Seriously the best asset Veterans united has. Whatever he makes is not enough. I could have shopped around for better rates but Taylor is the reason why I stayed.
Overall Veterans United was great throughout the entire process. The VU app on iPhone was very self-explanatory although it required two or three logins each time to get into the app.
