Veterans United made purchasing a home very quick and easy. They stayed on top of everything and really showed a passion for what they do. Couldn’t be happier with Veterans United!
Delays in credit card payoffs which forced us to make regular monthly payments for too many in July, and the idea that the “to do’s” list is too inconsistent. Definitions unknown re: funding,, closing, distribution, when the funds are available, such as informing up front re each event. Personnel were nice and friendly, but sometimes seemed lacking expertise re: homeowners insurance and closing costs. The cost for credit reports too high with points unexplained, appraisal fee higher than should be.
