When I first started the process several weeks ago my credit score was low. But as soon as they pulled it showing that it was 6:27 I had just paid off all four of my credit cards. A couple of days later it reflected on my Credit karma and Credit sesame online FICO scores. Now I realize those aren't the same FICO scores veterans United uses but if they jumped up 75 points on those online scores I assume it must have come up some on the FICO scores veterans United uses but it's better united refused to give me a better interest rate and refused to look at and updated credit score which would mean a better interest rate. I imagine it's common but a lot of different companies contacted me during this process and said they can give me a better deal, also I was monitoring bankrate.com weekly and saw that the mortgage rate was trending down every week and it was as much as a point if I remember correctly. I just think they could have been a little bit more flexible and helping me out because I am a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income and that $50 to $100 savings would help me out a great deal.

Everything was fantastic but if there was one complaint it would jave to be that the final approval was done way to close to the closing date
