This is our second refi with VUHL. Each experience was fairly easy and the people that work there are exceptional. I especially want to highlight Jamie Hughes, who handled our situation both times. He is what customer service used to be! Attentive, friendly and always responsive in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Jamie and company and would never use anyone else.
