Veterans United did a terrific job in helping us to secure our loan on our dream home. Kaleb Long and especially Joe Narron were always available to us for questions assistance anytime we need it. They answered all of our questions and made it incredibly throughout the entire process. We cannot the thank them and their whole team enough for everything that they did for us. They made this experience wonderful. Thanks again.

Working with Veterans United, to obtain our VA mortgage, was an easy and excellent experience. Everyone we talked with was friendly and helpful. All our questions and concerns were immediately dealt with resulting in positive outcomes. The website is very user friendly. Our Loan Specialist was smart, positive, and very accessible.

The Talamoa's are homeowners thank you all for your AWESOME people care and family level support works. On behalf of Regina Talamoa, Jesse Talamoa and me - thank you.

Veterans United streamlined the process from getting me a realtor to giving me the list for utilities. They took care of everything in between and were very professional and quick to answer any questions I may have had. Would definitely use again in the future!

I am a repeat customer. I will always come back to Veterans United. They make the home buying and refinancing process so easy and turnkey. Their wonderful staff really helps make the stress of the process melt away. My favorite feature other than the staff is how easy it is to sign, upload documents and get information back and forth.

The Veterans United team were knowledgeable and very helpful. The were always patient and understanding. The VA process is complicated and I know I could not have done it without their help.

Lenni is exceptionally patient and knowledgable. She always responded right away and cleared up any confusion during the process with us as soon as we had questions. I hope she gets a raise or bonus for all her hard work!

Due to the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, not on the same page, and either lack of understanding or too cheap to pay for documents from escrow I will not recommend anyone do business with Veterans United. No client should have closing documents delayed because the buyer or the realtor must provide an HOA documents when the lender can ask the HOA themselves or Escrow Office to disclose the documents accordingly. It is not the client's or realtor's job to provide documents from a HOA. The loan team and the realtor are not on the same page at times and over time it became combative to see the bickering back and forth between my lender and realtor which escrow and I were on the email chain. What is this high school? This is a business and all of you are professionals so act like it!! Lastly, lying to my realtor stating you just got off the phone with the me when in fact the realtor was on the phone with me for the past 30 minutes. Since when has lying been acceptable? If you would lie on one client, you would do it again!! Please stay as far away from Veterans United as humanly possible. You can definitely do better than Veterans United.

Veterans United is awesome and the teams they have for your loan are really fast to respond and get you updates fast. As buying a home, there will be stress involved during the process but having a amazing team handling everything is a big sigh of relief. Thank you so much for my Home. I highly recommend for any Veteran.

The whole experience with Veteran United was great!! The team was very personable. Buying a house from overseas was incredibly stressful vut everyone was very patient and ready to assist.

I would absolutely recommend Veteran’s United to anyone. Yes, I was one of the many that had the issue of not being able to get a home loan my first try but Joe and his team gave me the tools/information I needed to get over that last hurdle and after that I was approved with no problems. So don’t be discouraged if your first loan application doesn’t get approved, take the advice/help from VU to get you to the point where your next application is a YES!!!
