While Janet was amazing to work, when she was not available to answer it was extremely difficult to even get an answer from her team on basic questions. I felt that the lack of response delayed the closing on my house which made the experience stressful. While we did get to closing and to the desired result there could have been improvements to promptness/responsiveness on urgent items, answering questions thoroughly and providing information in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Veterans United. The whole mortgage process was stress free and went very smoothly. We got a great rate and are so happy with our purchase.

Great company to work with. The initial purchase was a great experience but my refinance incredibly painless. The second time I just had to sign and review documents otherwise it was over before I knew it.They are also very responsive to questions all the time even after they completed everything.
