I can't recommend Veterans United enough. We had an entire team of people dedicated to making sure we were able to buy the perfect house. Everyone worked together to make sure the process went smoothly and with far less stress than I imagined. The customer service was fantastic and I could tell everyone involved genuinely cared about getting us into our home.

They were all very responsive and always very friendly. They very helpful and patient with my first time home buyer questions. Switching to veterans United was one of the best decisions I made during my home buying process. Thank y’all so much!!!

Everything went very smooth start to finish. Veterans United took all of the stress out of the entire refinance.

Easy online process

Crystaline and Ted provided us a seamlessly refinance process with excellent services.

Veterans United along with Amanda and Viola did an awesome job helping me with my refi, they are the BEST! Being self employed, there a lot more hoops to jump through and they were right there helping me every step of the way.

VETERANS WAS O.K. THEY NEED TO USE THEIR RESOURCES THAT HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO THEM. I GAVE THEM EXCLUSIVE AUTHORIZATION WITH THE BANK FOR MY FINANIAL INFORMATION AND THEY NEVER USED IT. THEY CALLED ME INSTEAD. ALL BRANCHES WERE CLOSED HERE EXCEPT FOR ONE OUT OF TOWN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER ON ME IF THEY WOULD HAVE USED OPEN DOOR RESOURCES. THE LOAN OFFICER WAS INSISTANT ON A CREDIT CARD BEING PAID OFF. I GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO PAY IT OUT OF IMPOUNDS GUESS WHAT NEVER GOT DONE. THE LOAN OFFICER FROM VETERANS UNITED WOULD CHANGE THE PRE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE LOAN. I HAD TO DEMAND THEM TO PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS, THE LOAN OFFICER TRIED TO BLAME MY AGENT. MY AGENT HAS NO PART IN MY PRE QUALIFICATIONS. MALIKA JACKSON CALLED AND SAID IF I DID NOT GIVE HER A 10 SHE WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS BEING FAILED. I GUESS SHE DID FAIL. DIANA G
Response from Veterans United
Hi Diana, it is important to us that we work hard to provide excellent service, and we realize that the home buying process can become stressful when working to gather the required documentation. Thank you for sharing your open and honest feedback. While often technology can help streamline your home buying process, there are certainly times when it can hinder your experience. Not all banking entities are able to provide access to the program we utilize when updating your verification on our own accord. In general we will need 60 days of bank statements and unfortunately, they will only provide them to their client to pass on to their lender; this practice is meant to keep your finances safe, but can make streamlining it more cumbersome. Again, we appreciate your comments immensely, and we know how tiresome it can be to tackle paperwork head on each day. For this reason, it is our goal to guide you every step of the way and make the process seem as easy as possible. You did a phenomenal job, and you have earned the opportunity to rest in your new home! If you would like to review these with our team, then please reach out to one of our Client Advocates to discuss, we remain available M-F 9A-5P.
We Highly recommend Presley Vaughn to all Veteran homebuyers looking to secure your home forever process. Presley is always looking out for individual Veterans financial and personal family best. Presley will go above and beyond in the process to assist and secure Veteran homebuyers their home ownership process.
