Veterans United made our refi as painless as possible. It was a step by step process and we were not inundated with everything at one time. Keep in mind that a VA Loan does have a few more requirements.

Amazing people, this is my 4th (last)house and I've NEVER seen something of this magnitude, handled so fast, with such amazing ease!I don't think it was a month from sending out that first "show of interest" to being IN my house.. The only reason I am not giving 10s is because there was a lack of communication a few weeks before the closing. I had some questions about rates and it took a few days to get a returned call. Once I did get a returned call it was super easy.

Veterans United were great in so many ways, I don't know you drop the ball. But we are still waiting for our money. We have never had a hold put on refi funds. But then it was put thru a lawyer to issue the checks.
I don't understand the difference in the the 2 cash amounts to the borrower. I see where the Lender pick up some costs, so why did our amount go down? Anyway too much going on in our life.
