Great person

We’re extremely happy with Veterans United Home Loan and our loan officer Amber Brown. We’re able to close in 25 days we would highly recommend Amber and Veteran United home loan.

Initially I was anxious about the whole process but after my first phone call I got the sense that I was going to get legit assistance with every from credit counseling to my Monday morning to do list. I would certainly recommend Veterans United to any service member who is buying a home.

I highly recommend VU to anyone that is looking to purchase a house or condo. They have different loan products and do explain step by step about every loan detail. They are easily reachable and do answer questions promptly. They did recommend some great services that helped speed up the process. I would purchase my vacation home through VU in the future.

When I Ever Need to get Another House I'm going to Use Ya'll Again Thank you Everyone For Your Help making it Happen !!!!!

Thank you for all the help truly appreciate it.

If I could rate beyond a 10, I would. Ginny deserves a 20. She was incredible in the way she treated me with total kindness, professionalism and knowledge. She had a positive attitude at all times. She guided me through her seamless processed. I can’t thank her enough.
A++. Ask for Ginny Young. Leave a message if needed.

Thanks for everything. Buying a home was on my bucket list before I turned 30 and is now a dream come true.

I am so happy we went with Veterans United. They understand and appreciate integrity and customer service.

It was a giant hassle and headache purchasing a home with Veterans United. The imprudent team I dealt with was enormously stressful and it caused a great deal of struggle for the 3 months of time that it took to close on a house (Yes THREE months). I had to clarify and get more documentation than I ever had in my life (This is not my first time buying a home and the first time was simple in comparison). They took forever reviewing the things I submit. They gave me time lines and never got back to me until the end of that time line instead of reviewing things as they were sent in. Every time the time line came up they found something else to request from me and everything they asked for came in one document or maybe two documents at a time. The process that could have easily been done in a matter of days was stretched to months. I was completely stressed out and dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by the loan team, I even sent emails about it to customer service while we were trying to close on the house and it didn't seem to resolve anything.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you Christopher, for providing these details around your loan experience. We are glad that in the end, you were able to obtain home loan financing. Ultimately, it is appropriate to consider how loan approval guidelines are developed and maintained. The discretionary aspects of the loan process can at times provide needed flexibility. We appreciate your perspective and invite you to contact our Client Advocate team directly to continue the conversation.

Matthew and everyone were great

I would highly recommend Veterans United to any fellow veterans looking to buy a home. The process from getting Pre-qualified to Closing was smooth and seamless. My loan team was very proactive and responsive to any and all questions that arised during the home buying process.
