The loan requires things that are not needed when they send the appraiser out and creates a hassle that the home owner has to a free to fix before the sale even if the things they want fixed are going to be fixed by the buyer after the sale was complete.

Being in a stressful situation and not understanding the underwriting process nor having any knowledge on what I should ask to get answers to my questions made it difficult to feel in the loop. All the staff was patient and very helpful, but a guide on what exactly you have to break down and figure out the numbers would have made the situation easier to handle. I know I was not the most polite person during this process and I apologize for that.
