Veterans United has been terrific to me in helping me getting financed and re-financed now twice, all within a three year period. They have made getting a home loan with no down payment as easy for me as I possibly could have hoped for. And if Krystal Palmer is any indication of the loan associates (I guess that is their title)you have working for you, I highly recommend VU to all veterans.
The whole team was so wonderful, everyone went above and beyond to help us make the process easier. I absolutely would work with them again and I have already recommended VU to my friends.

Well of course we couldn't pass up the opportunity. Veterans United came through for us again. Same process as the first mortgage except the Title Company came to our home for closing. Veterans United Home Loans was absolutely fabulous to work with on buying my home. Kept us up to date on how the loan was moving thru. It was a joy to work with them. Travis kept us informed on how our loan was moving along. When we were having issues with the builder dragging their feet, Travis and his team did not hesitate to nudge them along. Travis always encourage us to call, text, or email anytime. They always returned our correspondence ASAP. Travis along with his team and Veterans United treated us more like family than clients. Words cannot even come close to expressing how great our experience was working with Travis.
