need to be upfront and honest about timeline till closing. watch the miscommuniication between departments and what the buyer is told. Suzie was outstanding at her job. julie was also a good resource

Only slight issue (very minor) was that it was a little overwhelming at first. I was working with a separate realtor than the one assigned to me, and that caused some confusion.
