The team as a whole was great! Whether through text, call, or email, they always replied to any questions or concerns very fast. They were also able to give us the best rate, as well as keep with a closing deadline that was a bit of a time-crunch. If I ever have to buy another house (hoping I don't since they worked so hard to get me the one my wife and I absolutely love), I'm going with them again, hands down.

You have yet to distribute funds to me or my ex-wife. No one has answered my questions about where my funds are or when I will receive them. Your complaint manager told me it was my problem because VUHL has distributed the funds to the deed company and VUHL has signed loan documents. I have never had such a hard time after closing and have never had funds transferred to the deed company.Joe Smith
