The process is, and, at times difficult to understand. This was especially true for us, as, there was no face to face contact. It was done by fully completed by computer. Yet, it went well from start to closing, and all credit rests with all of the fine folks at Veterans United, and, of course, our agent, Carol.

The entire team at Veterans United has been extremely responsive and communicated with me through out the process.
