From one veteran to another, give this team the opportunity to work for you. From start to finish they are on top of their game. Anything veteran related can and often is harder than it needs to be but this team 100% broke that stereotype in my mind. They truly do everything within their power to get you into that home for you and your family. Give them the opportunity to do the same for you as they did for my family and you will not be disappointed.-Jeremy Marrero
Veterens United Home Loans was the best experience we’ve had in buying a home. The staff is outstanding. Everyone very quick to respond with questions. Very informed. The whole process went extremely smooth.
To all of you looking for a positive, polite, and helpful team, Joe Choi and his group are the best I've ever dealt with. They certainly have it all together. Thanks again for my home and all the help you gave me.

Veterans United is definately the way to go for your VA Financing needs.
There are a lot of times veterans don’t feel that others understand there situation but veterans united definitely gets it. Thank you!
Overall a great company who I will work with again. I would advise others to read through disclosures well to make sure all numbers are accurate and reflect any credits you may have negotiated as that was left of initial documents for me, but was swiftly corrected by VU team members.
The process through veterans United was very easy and easy to follow up with through the to do list and website
If your looking to buy a home, you can't go wrong with Veterans United. These guys and gals are professionals with a personal touch. They were seamless in their process and answered every question and concern we came up with. We would use them again if the situation presented itself.

You are in good hands with Veteran United. They really have the veterans interest at heart. It the first time I felt taking care in a long time. Veteran United is highly recommended.
The Veterans United team is the best most caring team I have ever heard of or experienced. They should be your first choice to help you. You cannot go wrong in their hands.
You must use Veterans. Easiest process ever. Very clear, with lots of coaching videos, and support from the team along the way. You will be very satisfied.
Thank you
If I was in a leadership position with your company Inwould seriously consider terminating Zach after reviewing his lack of customer service skills.
Response from Veterans United

Thank you for your assistance.
My wife started in February of this year asking Veteran's United about getting a VA loan for our home mortgage. I served in the New Mexico Army National Guard from 1994 until 1998. We were very happy when we were told we would qualify for a VA loan to buy a new house, so there would be no down payment. In July after submitting a lot of paperwork and spending time in phone calls and emails, we were told we DID NOT qualify for the VA loan because I didn't have enough time in service. This would have been nice to know in February so we could have saved some money for a down payment and budgeted differently while fixing our old house to sell. Instead, we had to come up with $15,000 for a down payment in a month. This also caused the whole loan process to take longer, as we had to scrap the VA loan paperwork and start all over again with a conventional loan.
My wife and I are teachers and had the summer to move and work on our old house to sell it. Now, school has started and things have become very stressful, whereas if we would have closed during the summer using a different (local) lender, we may have been done and moved before now.
During closing, the title company came across paperwork that belonged to someone else mixed in with our paperwork. Veteran's United did send the correct paperwork promptly. This was just another added delay and stressor to an already stressful process.
I am not happy with my experience with Veteran's United mainly due to the time involved. I wish we would have gone with a local lender and I would never recommend Veteran's Untied to anyone, based on my experience. I realize there are procedures lenders must go through to vet borrowers, but one procedure should have involved making sure the customer qualifies for a certain loan BEFORE the property goes under contract. Particularly when time is an important factor, such as in our case.
I'm just glad it's over with and look forward to refinancing in a year or so... with another lender.
thank you greaaaaat work !!
