Veterans United honestly made purchasing a new home less stressful than usual. They kept me updated on every step, explained in detail what was required from me and how to complete them, very responsive to all my questions and I never had to wait more than hour for a response, even on the weekends. They assigned us an amazing real estate agent to work for both the selling of a home and the purchasing of a home. I highly recommend Veterans United, you won't be disappointed.
We also worked with Nicole Richarson who was phenomenal at keeping us informed and answering our questions. She was willing to work with us to overcome communication difficulties and the challenge we had with our loan. She responded to emails, text messages, and phone calls quickly and courteously. Nicole was willing to break down multiple parts of the process so we could understand them better and included detail that would help answer follow on questions in each of her responses. Additionally, Amanda Butler responded very quickly to the question that we had for her and provided detail and specifics for clarity. These two ladies were key in getting our loan closed with all details finalized.
A big thanks to Karol and Melissa Hodges for putting up with me and doing the extra.

I was a little worried about going through the home process by myself while my husband was overseas. Veterans United offered plenty of support and resources to make my first home purchase a memorable one. At times I felt that it was such a headache but looking back I can’t remember a time when I was overly stressed out. They are constantly offering help and sending links/contacts to take some load off your back. The checklist on the VU portal was super helpful and reminded me of things I needed to get done without having to put much thought.

Team was outstanding. They were very helpful and were quick at getting back with answers to any questions I had day, night, weekend. Even tho there were a few bumps in the road that I inadvertently made in the process they were always very kind and professional and quick to get things back on track and going smooth again.
