The whole experience was nice swift and smooth. It went a lot faster than I expected. Everyone on the team was quite knowledgeable, genuine, and on top of their game. I really appreciate all their help, guidance, and effort the team put into getting our new home.
Back office staff at VU was not as responsive as they should have been. Tried to understand when things were approved so I could begin making commitments. They would never give me a green light, but once I spoke with Nathan, he assured me everything was fine.
I would recommend Veterans United to anyone who is in need of a home. They provide great customer service.
