while i realize that everyone's experience differs, mine was extremely positive. from my initial pre-approval to the very end at closing, Veteran's United was there and had my back. i absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. they streamline the process to make it easy to follow and understand, as well as having resources to get what you need. overall i would say that Veteran's United is a service i will be using again in the future

Great service. Thank you for all the help. Buying house is a lot of paperwork and headache but it is made easy because of the team that handled my paperwork.
Only issue we had throughout the process was specifically with Rebecca Fowler. Towards the end of the closing process, she was incredibly rude and to the point with nearly every interaction. Our realtor had the same experience as well. She got the job done but at the expense of souring an exciting experience for my wife and I during the biggest decision of our lives. I had to actually call her on it during one of our phone calls. Severely lacked people skills. The rest of the team was great.
