We were very fortunate to have the team we did. Buying a home had way across the country was terrifying but Larry and the team took care of us from start to finish. They rock!

Veterans United is awesome to work with they made it very streamline and got back to me quick as possible with any silly questions I had

If your looking into buying a home I recomand the Veterans United team.

Disorganized, multiple errors in documents

The team at Veterans United makes the process of buying a home much easier. Their web-based tool allows you to upload documents easily and stay on track throughout the entire process. There are also tutorials that explains each process along the way. The staff are very friendly and committed to creating a positive experience. A very pleasant experience!

Jeffery Ferguson and his crew go to GREAT LENGTHS to help make it easy for Veterans get what they need for their home purchase. Yes he works for Veteran's United, but he worked for ME as well. Great company with great people.

They will help you and work with you instead of against you. Time management is difficult for me since I work upwards of 70 hours, however they managed to work within my busy schedule.

Great Service!!

Working with Veterans United has given us superb quality service in every way. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Best person, great personality.

Ready to see for yourself?
Experience first-hand why 355,031 homeowners give us a perfect score!
I would recommend Veterans United to all who have served in making what can be a very trying time into a happy situation.

Our experience with Joe Peterson’s Team at Veterans United was amazing. As first time homebuyers, walking into the home buying process was intimidating. VU made this experience a walk in the park! Thank you, Joe Peterson and your Veterans United team!

The only reason you did not get a 10 overall is because of the loan coordinator, Bekah Getz. She was never prompt, unclear in her communication, gave information that she shouldn't have (regarding the appraisal) and called me to ask if I had scheduled the closing yet! She even laughed at me when I asked about the method of paying closing costs and made a sarcastic joke about my question.
I didn't like dealing with her at all and would suggest further training with scripts for her if she is going to be directly dealing with customers.
The whole process of buying a house is expensive and stressful and Bekah Getz made it so much harder than it should have been. She gets a 3!
