I am, was a first time homebuyer, and the entire process was a little overwhelming for me. OK, a lot. But anytime I called, I was always able to get through and the few times I didn’t, the return call was a matter of minutes. Fantastic service. Everyone that helped me in the loan process should get a raise simply because they had to put up with a cranky ass cantankerous old man like me who got mad as hell all the time because it seemed like no matter how much information I sent it was never enough and I had to go back four and five times and get more information to keep everybody happy. But in the long run they tolerated me so they all deserve more money simply because they had to put up with me
