No offense to Angela but I'm not exactly sure what she does. Dawn on the other hand went above and beyond calling me anytime I was confused or concerned. Gave me numbers to call to speed things up. She was constantly on top of things with a highly professional attitude.All this said, I do wish that you guys would explain things at each step. Like I don't care what needs to happen on your end, just tell me what needs to be done, and how long I need to wait. All said and done, Between Angela and Dawn, I am a very satisfied man.
