Working with Veterans United was unique in that everything was digital except closing which was done in person. Navigating the digital world was quite challenging for me. But in the end all worked out . I really appreciate the team's effort.
I was happy with the communication and the terms of the loan. We were very disappointed that they were late sending out some of the final documents and delayed our closing. They were nice about it. They apologized and even compensated us for some of the expenses associated with the delay. We would go with them again.
Very responsive and willing to work through all issues.
