There is no comparison when it comes to Veterans United, especially in customer service and their transparency during the loan process. I finalized and closed on my Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) almost a month earlier than expected. I was also offered the opportunity to defer two mortgage payments.
