Our Loan Specialist and team helped us so much through each step of the refinancing with kindness and a whole lot of patience in every way. We had so many questions and concerns. To begin with we weren't going to Refinance. We were reassured that the interest rate could be locked in at these amazing lower points. They initially helped walk us through our first Loan for our Home 4 years ago so we decided to do this Refinance now in 2021 with Veterans United again!

I would not recommend this company. It took months to complete the process. Every time I thought I was finished providing documents, there were additional documents. This were on for months. I called the loan officer a couple of times and never received a return call. Everything I had to pay was not explained. Therefore, I had to pay hundreds of dollars for unexpected services during the process. I have financed a few homes and this was my worse experience. I reached a point in the process where I was so frustrated that advised the loan specialist that I wanted to terminated the loan application.

If you not using Veterans United you must be on another planet!! These folks make the home buying experience a joy, do not leave home without them. The ten rating is much too low should be a 20 they are that good sorry great.

Also, Amber Job, my Loan Coordinator, was extremely responsive. I called occasionally and emailed many times. She always responded promptly and if she didn't have the answer immediately, she would find it and let me know. Also, both closing attorney and my real estate agent, said that my loan officers were very easy to work with. So, job well done.
