Overall VU did a great job helping me with my first home. The website was user friendly and task list made it easy to update required documents. My loan specialists worked very hard with realtor throughout the process. I gave 8 because i felt some last minute details needed phone call discussions, not simple email answers. It's a stressful life event and hoped they would've been as personable at closing as they were starting.
These guys are really there for us Vets and want us to get into our homes or refinance.
All I can say it's a huge process. Stay on top of the paperwork and keep the process going. I am not saying that it was a bad experience because the people were great. Nice to talk too but sometimes pretty frustrating.
