I am a middle aged man and I have been renting property for many years, until now. I never thought in my wildest dream that I would be a home owner but with the help of VA and Veterans United they made my dream come true. I was holding back, postponing my dream in pursing a home but something just clicked. No, in fact they helped everything click and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I am in awe still that I can finally call a home....my own. Thank you Veterans United and the Team that helped me achieve my dream!

After looking a several other loan companies where they had a bunch of hidden fees, Veterans United definitely looked out for us. They are very upfront and honest!

We had the most pleasant experience with veterans United. We recommend them to anybody who’s looking for a new refinance. Everything was done in a timely fashion. We will refer them to anyone who asks

I had a great experience buying my home with VU. I would not hesitate to use VU for future purchases. Request David Greer for your loan specialist and he will take stellar care of you.

Would highly recommend. They know what they're doing.

Process went very smoothly!

I would recommend Veterans United any time and make sure you Ask for Shane Bratkowski.

Where to begin? I put an offer on my home on 28Aug; it was accepted the next day. I was given a closing date of 12 October. I was informed that I would need to rush to start my new job immediately so that the underwriter would have a full 30 day pay period to reference. Okay. I moved within a couple days and spent a small fortune getting last minute moving. All is still going smoothly (the online to-do list is nice with VU), my loan coordinator is helpful and easy to contact. I went ahead and rate locked since I was nearing my closing date. Soon after, I get informed that my loan coordinator has been promoted and will no longer be working my file. As my closing date approaches I attempt in vain to contact my other loan team member. She does not answer the phone. Ever. I would only occasionally receive email responses to my questions. Closing date comes and passes. Great. So they push it out to 28 Oct. Fine, my household goods shipment got screwed up and delayed anyway, so it wasn't a huge ordeal. All this time I am constantly being asked for verification of income, regardless of how many paystubs I upload/job offer letter with pay rate and even phone verification with employer. Throughout the latter 2/3 of the homebuying process, I really had NO IDEA what anyone was even doing or what was holding up closing, and no one could give me a direct answer. I have a feeling someone dropped the ball when I had my helpful loan specialist removed from my team. I finally closed on 2 Dec. As much as I would like to leave a positive review, I cannot.
