I don’t think the appraiser was well informed of the market when conducting the appraisal.
All Veterans this is the place to go to for your home loan. I had always heard how difficult VA loans could be, however this was a smooth process and you will always have a team working for you to get you the house you want.......Service is an A+..........Job well done!
The First Time I used them, the whole experience went flawlessly. This 2nd go around was painful and I would not recommend.

Alea was absolutely AMAZING throughout the whole process! She kept me updated from start to finish, and made sure I was CTC by the time I told her I wanted to be!
