These people are the best! They will make sure you are in the home meant for you!
They are a great team that refuses to give up. We had a couple of hiccups with forms and instead of just quitting and saying it wasn’t going to happen like so many other lenders in the past they worked with us and now we’re in our dream home!
Everything was wonderful.
This is the place you want to finance your home...they take care.
My overall experience with Veterans United was good, the best part was our real state agent Cheryl Gritzer she was great. We are satisfied and we would recommend Veterans United.
I regret trying Vet United.

Providing information to our team will help us assist in training and education that will better assist further veterans. Thank you and thank you for your service.
It went smooth with a hitch!
Our experience was very good. The Veteran United loan personnel were knowledgeable and guided us through the process with ease and frequent communication which was very important to us during the loan process from the application through closing.

I think the only think that could use improvement is maybe chill out a little bit on the inspection process , lowkey it was a pain , for the buy, and for the seller, AND that was the specific reason most people declind our loan type is be ause the appraisal process is to nit picky... I understand it's to cover your Investment, and to protect the buyer, but ultimately it may be a little to strict and it's kind of a bummer to lose out on opportunities because the seller is afraid of have to make repairs like repainting chipped paint areas .... lowkey the appraiser was petty for that but to each its own....but it's those tiny little lowkey irrelevant problems that hold up the process when it's not an issue that prevents to the home from being livable.... I feel like it's an expensive part of the home buying process for it to be as nit picky as it is..... we literally paid 600 for someone to tell us we got chipped paint.... and an exposed wire.... when the home inspector already said those were passable . So I dont understand the point of paying a home inspector and pass inspection just to be held up buy a home appraiser... but hey your the bank , you do what you feel is necessary to protect your money... I suppose if I was handing out Hella money I'd be nit picky too. But hey you asked ...
Veterans United was such an improvement over dealing with my credit union when it comes to a home loan. I highly recommend them to all veterans!
