Deana Prater was our real estate agent. She was thee ABSOLUTE BEST to work with and made the whole process of being first time home owners with all our crazy or dumb questions easily answered and understood. From the get go (beginning) she was awesome. She’s an honest and dedicated person. She goes out her way just to help. We went to sign the paperwork at the title company and y’all she watched my animals in the Uhual. She’s a down to earth person and I guarantee you she makes the whole process so much better with first time buyers. Rob is a great guy as well. He’s very quick on answering emails. Kat is another awesome person who’s quick with responding and finding out what you need or even if you need help getting your boss to submit documents you need she’s a go getter! The WHOLE team reaches out with info from the area and helps shop for lower prices on home insurance or etc. Overall my wife and I recommend. Overall a pretty good process. I did not use the VA loan because of my market area. I feel as if I got an ok interest rate. I will more than likely go with this company again.
