I don’t think the appraiser was well informed of the market when conducting the appraisal.
All Veterans this is the place to go to for your home loan. I had always heard how difficult VA loans could be, however this was a smooth process and you will always have a team working for you to get you the house you want.......Service is an A+..........Job well done!
The First Time I used them, the whole experience went flawlessly. This 2nd go around was painful and I would not recommend.

After dealing with other financial institutions and having problems pop-up, you can easily get discouraged and skeptic about the possibility of getting a mortgage. I was referred to Veterans United by the local American Legion and I don't regret the call. The process seemed alot easier than previous attempts to secure a mortgage. After the first call with Ryan Williams I was impressed with the speed at which things moved forward. Still waiting for that gotcha moment. But it didn't come. A couple hiccups came and were dealt with. Everyone was always courteous and professional throughout the process. I'm happy to say I'm completely satisfied with my choice to call Veterans United Home Loans.
