My landlord was trying to sell, and I was notified on short notice of his intentions. My loan specialist was very attentive to my needs, answered my many questions, and was easily accessible. Veterans United is a good way for veterans to go when purchasing a home. The only draw back because it is affiliated with the government, is the amount of information you have to submit to be approved for a mortgage loan. To get prequalified is pretty simple because you are a veteran.

The home buying process is rough but it doesn't help when you put your trust into a company because they specialize in VA loans and they too make it an extra horrid experience. Josh Beck really came in and made things towards the right direction. Unfortunately even with this positivity we will never use this company again going forward.
Bert Shaw and James Vance are the two gentlemen you want heading your team. These men are quick on their feet and have the ability to think outside the box when needed. We were blessed to have been able to work with them and if possible, and if I were you, I would ask for them personally...
