I told my loan officer Nathan- that I was going to go over the top on his review so here it is-I will start by saying that this is real a review- I hate when you are reading reviews and thinking that this person has to be paid to say this stuff about this company- Yeah that is not me- real person here!I love my loan officer- I started calling him Superman Nate- He was so responsive and knowledgeable and his correspondence back was amazing! I mean he was quick to respond, to calls, emails and smoke signals. I swear it was amazing how he knew I was going to have a question about something and he would call to say and by the way!!!!He helped with everything I could possibly need with home buying! He had this team of people (Sarah) who was there to assist with the other side of the home buying process- and she turned out to be super amazing too!I loved that Nathan walked me through the home buying process every step, he explained what was next, what obstacles I may run into at each step and gave me solid information so I could plan my next move. He coordinated with the realtor to assist with my loan process moving forward.Besides being a workaholic for you during your home buying process I could not say one con against Nathan and this process.Would I recommend Veteran United to my friends and family- hell yes! They are truly the bomb.com! I felt like family with this team and this company.
We've had an outstanding relationship with our loan team since we first started the mortgage process two years ago, and I wouldn't ever want to use any other company but Veterans United. Customer service seems to have gone by the way side, except for Veterans United. Our loan team continued to stay in touch and informed us when it was time to refinance to lower our interest rate. The team truly cares about their customers.
