Whenever it comes to buying or refinancing again, I’ll be using Veterans United. I’ve tried working with USAA, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Penny Mac. All of them were horrible to work with and tried to gouge me for closing costs, despite claiming they had the lowest rates available. No one even comes remotely close to the level of customer service Terry’s team provided, and this is my second time going through Veterans United to refinance my home.
Like I said I don’t recommend using VU unfortunately. I say unfortunately because as a veteran I was really excited to use a company that cares about and supports veterans but this company forgot I was tax exempt and numerous other things. Very unprofessional. Just my two cents.
I had problems with all my sons movers.
I was supposed to move on Friday 28MAY21.
But they cancelled. And I have not received my deposit back.Olympia movers are here today on time and working hard. But today is the 30MAY21 two days after my projected move date.So do not recommend All My Sons.Thank you.
