I like how since you are military they easily have access to many documents and can quickly let you know about all your benefits and apply them to your loan. My lender did not let us leave anything on the table.

I have worked with other mortgage companies in the past, I will tell you veterans mortgage is in another class by itself! You can basically keep doing what you do without any interruption, Its like just sit back and they will do the rest, I am so happy and satisfied I closed on the exact date they said as long as you do your part. I will never use another mortgage company I mean that!!!

I picked Veterans United from a google search. Their rates beat USAA and Chase. I was lucky enough to get Dustin Johnson as my loan officer. He is extremely knowledgeable and was on top of everything. We managed to close from start to finish in 38 days. Could not be happier with the experience!
Stressful. I never felt that the lender wanted to help us actually get the loan. We felt like we were asked to do certain things that proved we had integrity. Like get a letter from our daughter saying she wasn’t getting any rent money from her Dad when he stayed at her home. We have excellent credit and had very low debt but felt like we were treated like we didn’t have two nickels to rub together.
