Jill Birch is a go getter. There wasnt a specific place to name her but I cannot overlook the assistance she provided. Any time I had any issue she was able to give me timely and accurate information. She greatly helped me to stay on track.Additionally Heidi Downey provided me with invaluable information that helped me understand what steps I should take next in the process. There was a disconnect between what we were told would go through underwriting and what not when it regarded lack of appliances. This could have caused a delay in the process, but fortunately the appraiser was able to adjust.
