The process was simple and everyone was so helpful any time I had questions. The constant communication was very reassuring and I’m thankful for every person that played a part in making this happen. You guys are amazing!

Once Mike turned the loan over to Julia, the communication was slightly different, but still okay.
-She tried to send us the home appraisal, and it was our credit report, via gmail (unprotected) so that was concerning.
-I don't know who pushed our closing date to the right by four days, but it cost us $400 in closing costs that we are going to pursue recuperation.
