Didn't want the headache. Out of the blue, Veterans United called me to lower my rate. Informed me that they can use the information they have on file and it wouldn't be any trouble at all. No jumping through hoops and finding/faxing documents. They were correct. Lowered my rate and it was quick and easy. Wells Fargo would never have called to save me money. Thanks for everything.
