If you were really anything more than a typical lender you would buy your own title insurance instead of forcing the buyer to buy your policy. You can drop the whole Veteran support act.

I doubt if this comment is going to get posted because I am very disappointed with the largest veterans mortgage company veterans United has gotten too big and the people on the team must have too much to do they don't return calls and I didn't close so I would give you guys a complete fail if it wasn't for Corey Jackson as far as Cody Smith he never returned any calls much like Trenton who would email my realtor but wouldn't talk to me... unless I called him.

As a first-time buyer I was nervous about a loan process and where to exactly begin on the path to buying a house. Luckily I decided to simply check online if I was eligible and receive a quote for the VU home loan, and within the day I was contacted and the team really helped me get the ball rolling. They answered all of my questions, gave me an agent I could use (that turned out to be amazing), and next thing I knew I had an offer being accepted. Everyone on the VU team made the process so smooth and easy to complete! I'm glad I decided to just go for it.
