A little hiccup during the hand-off from Sydney to Jared but not a bid deal. They kept me informed of the process and where we stood at every step. I tried Navy Federal the year before and they were unresponsive, very slow to respond to phone calls or emails, and were unable to handle our complex financial scenario of a primary mortgage with 2 HELOCS and multiple credit cards that needed to be paid off. Yes, I will definitely recommend Veterans United to other Vets who are looking to finance or refinance their home.

I went through the light house program ( I believe that was the name) on our first loan.We reached out to them 4 years later to refinance while the rates were good and they once again showed me why I came back to them.
