I loved that the To Do list gave you an opportunity to catch up on anything you missed in the evening after work, you only had one place to go to reference information, and it was such a smooth transaction. When it was time to close and my home sale got delayed, they even stayed late to help me be able to still close on buying my new home on time. I've bought and sold homes in the past and VU was hands down the easiest to work with!
