Nani was responsive, knowledgeable, patient and kind. When I wasn’t sure about any particular step of the process she took the time to explain it until I felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. Documents that needed to be signed or uploaded was made easy because of the technology that they have access to. She also sent me short clips about various steps that needed to be completed along the way. These videos were informative and helpful. I’m grateful for her hard work and expertise in putting our packet together so we could buy a home. She helped us close on our home in about a month’s time. Nani was dedicated to having us succeed. We’re grateful that we got to work with her.
