They are the best. They know VA home loans inside and out. We had a great real estate agent but she hadn't done many VA loans before. Our loan specialist Zane made sure everything was done right and that she knew everything that was needed. From beginning to end we didn't have a single issue.

The VU website and interface is very easy to upload all of your documents throughout the pre-approval and loan process.

When I started my home buying process, I was dealing with another mortgage company. The other company told me that I did not qualify for a VA mortgage. I spoke with Mike Ward and he said "Let me work on it, too and see what I can do". I let both work on it for a little while. It did not take long before I realized that Mike was the better choice.
