Surprised at the increased closing cost at closing. Thought it was too high and was not explained.
They tried to say I didn’t turn in documents that I did and pushed my closing date back two days before closing. It all worked out but didn’t not need to be as extremely frustrating as it was

My loan team was amazing. I knew exactly what I needed to do every step of the way, and they would explain in more detail if I needed extra help understanding. We had a quick crunch of paperwork to do two days before closing for the underwriters, and they made sure it was handed in quickly and we didn't need anything else after that. We love our new home and couldn't ask for a better experience!
