It took from Qct.10 2020 until Feb. 5 2021 to get this done kept being told it wasn't anything I had done wrong and no problem with credit but they couldn't answer why it was taking so long. Now it's been 8 days and I still haven't received any payment due me.I was told their not responsible for anything that happens I say their responsible for everything that happens they chose the mortgage not me. Never again will I deal with or recommend this company to any veterans. I can't wait to see their response so I can respond to more of their BS

My experience with loans in the past were anything but easy.. However, the loan process with Veterans United was very smooth. They were there to answer any questions I had and helped me with any issues I had with getting documents to them. I highly recommend them to any other veteran.
