Kimberly Hautmann was fantastic! Very responsive and professional when setting up the loan.Haley was good as well. Would only critique the communication at the offset of underwriting as mentioned before. Once underwriting was in final stages she was all over everything and communicated almost daily if things were needed or what the next step was.
I do feel like the loan underwriters were invasive.
Tanya was great with us. She made sure we understood everything and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. She worked well with our realtor and was always so helpful with everything (and boy, did we have a lot of questions or concerns). I don’t think we could’ve made it without her.

Veterans United is a class business and apparently hire Veterans. Both people I worked with were veterans!
