Ryan’s super friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Even after we purchased our home, one year later he reached out to us to ask if we’d like to lower our interest rate...which was already really low! We didn’t have to do anything! They even had the notary come to us for convenience and it didn’t cost us anything. Ryan always retuned our calls if he was unavailable and kept us on loop the entire time from when we got a pre-approval until our final closing documents were signed. He even checked up on us to ensure everything went smoothly and we were all good! I highly recommend Veterans United and Ryan Williams, Jill Berryhill was the realtor they referred to us and she is FANTASTIC!!! I couldn’t say enough good things about our experience! We won’t use anyone else!

In 2015, my wife and I had been renting for years because we got caught in the housing and job market crash in 2008. We wanted to purchase a home and had worked hard to get back on our feet but thought we'd be stuck renting for years to come. I saw a Veterans United ad on one of the homebuilder websites for a new project we wanted to check out. FORTUNATELY, I called and Mike Dianics was the loan officer I got to talk with. I went through all the ups and downs we'd encountered over the years and he told us he could get us qualified to buy. You have no idea how hearing that makes you feel when things in your life haven't been going so well. The lender the homebuilder used could not qualify us but Veterans United did. We were able to purchase our home and have since refinanced twice with Mike to a lower rate.
