I was pessimistic at first but when I was told by Kimberly that she easily secured a COE for my husband to use his VA second tier benefits (something we had never heard of before), I was shocked! From then on, the process was super efficient. We closed on our brand new home yesterday! The whole process took just over a month and the VU website makes everything super easy. I’ll recommend BU to everyone from now on.
