I would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans. They are quick and efficient in the processing of documents essential to the loan process. As an Army veteran, I felt honored for such dedication and attention to detail attributed to me by Kris and his team. They epitomize both honesty and integrity that their company can be proud of. Thank you for your service.

Veterans United is a professional organization. Like the way they have process team with complete focus on mortgage unlike some other lending institutions where they have more diverse financial interests.

While Wesley Earl was great for the most part, most of my issues came from the loan coordinator, Brendan Lindsay. I was under the impression that he is essentially the liaison between myself and Wesley; the person responsible for clarifying the documents being signed and helping explain how the process unfolds. I experienced a huge lack of communication and denial of information from Brendan, specifically regarding the appraisal. I requested an update of the appraisal from Brendan 24 JAN at 0950. He emailed me back stating he had no updates to give me. I then received an email at 10:37am 4 JAN from my Real Estate Agent, Brian. It was a forwarded message that he received from Brendan the he received at 0800 PST stating the house had been pre appraised and came in with the tidewater effect. I understand the lending company doesn't give information to the buyer until the appraisal has been completely finished. However, with cases like this, the company is withholding information and causes a lot of mistrust between the lending company and the buyer. If I had to rate Brendan Lindsay I would rate a 5-6.

Being a first time home buyer can be intimidating, I had zero experience, and wasn't sure where to begin. Veterans United streamlined the process, and their website clearly laid out the steps. Their staff is knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions.
