There were no issues with the process at all. The email “to do” list worked very well and enabled the process to go much faster than what I have previously experienced. Also, the closing went faster and simpler by using the E-Doc pre-closing process. I was well prepared when the Closing took place.

the payments were disbursed as cash - that was direct deposited.the remainder of the payments are not going directly to the merchant. The Boston title company mailed checks to me via Federal Express and now i have to mail them myself.
