The only reason I didn't give the overall experience a "10" is because there was a "snafu" with my appraisal process; a "desk" appraisal vs. an actual appraisal. We only got the actual appraisal because we insisted on it. If we'd gone with the "desk" appraisal, we would've lost $5K on our final appraised value.
I first want to say that Veterans United made buying a house very easy and enjoyable! The team of Josh Salicco and Adrienne Oursler were fantastic! I would highly recommend Veterans United and I will definitely use them if I ever need mortgage assistance again.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by Veterans United home loan, even though they were some misinformation. Whereas with the builder company: Dryden, my experience with them makes me realize that they don't really Value their clients and offers empty promises. I would probably do more research on the builder company next time.
