I'm so happy I decided to use Veterans Home United for my Refi. I got a great interest rate i could afford, no out of pocket cost, a great loan specialist that was with me thru out the entire process keeping me informed of all thd changes and any additional information. I was dreading this process but they made it worry and Hassel free.
I believe that the loan specialist should have a virtual face with face withe client to go over everything a-z with the process. There were times in which I did not understand what was being asked for and/or why. There were many aspects of the purchase process I learned from the realtor which I assume should have come from the lendor.
The application process was very fast and very simple with Josh team, received my loan very quickly. Very professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the process and made my refinance experience very easy with a peace of mind. I would recommend Veteran United to my family and friends. If you are looking for a home....I strongly suggest using Veterans United.
This is the second time I've acquired a loan with Veterans United. Both experiences were very smooth and the team was easy to communicate with. I'm a happy VU customer!
Working with Veterans United was smooth and easy. The secure account established for exchanging personal documents and electronic signing allowed me to do everything online except the closing. However, I was able to sign half of the closing documents electronically which reduced the in-person closing time down to 20 minutes. I knew exactly what I needed to do and what the status was throughout the process. There are also alot of resources available through their website that were very informative on home financing. My loan officer, John Schnurbusch, was a great resource as well. He is very knowledgeable, answers all questions, and responds in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend using Veterans United.
